This policy explains what information Fluid IQ Digital LLC ("FluidIQ," "we," "us") handles, why we handle it, and how you can tell us to stop. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than in the usual defensive legalese.

1. This website collects nothing

This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags. We do not know who visits it.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records standard server request logs (including IP address) for security and abuse prevention as our hosting provider. We do not use those logs for marketing and we do not combine them with anything else.

2. Information we hold outside this website

We are a marketing agency, and we contact businesses about their marketing. To do that we maintain records of business contact information, which may include:

• a business name, website, business address and business phone number;
• a work email address, and the name and job title of a person in a professional role;
• publicly visible information about the business's marketing — its ads, its search listings, the content of its website.

We obtain this from publicly available sources and licensed business-data providers. We do not buy consumer data, we do not attempt to identify private individuals, and we are not interested in anyone outside their professional capacity.

3. Why we hold it

To contact businesses about services we think are genuinely relevant to them, and to keep a record of who has asked us not to. That is our legitimate business interest in business-to-business marketing. If you tell us to stop, that interest ends and we stop.

4. How to make us stop — and what happens then

You can also ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. We will do that free of charge.

One deliberate exception, and you should know about it: when you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record — normally just your email address or domain — on a permanent suppression list. We keep it specifically so that we never contact you again, including if your details later reappear in a data source we buy. Deleting that record entirely would mean you could be contacted again by accident, which is the opposite of what you asked for. If you would rather we erase even that, say so and we will.

5. Who else sees it

We share business contact information only with service providers who help us operate — an email delivery platform, our hosting provider, and standard business software — and only so they can perform that service for us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done so.

6. If you are in California

The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the other rights apply, and you can exercise them at mason@getfluidai.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

7. Security and retention

Access to our records is limited to the people who need it, and our systems require multi-factor authentication. We keep business contact information only while it remains useful for the purpose above, and suppression records for as long as they are needed to honour an opt-out.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
