If you have heard from us and would rather not hear from us again, this page tells you exactly how to make that happen. It takes one email and we do not ask you why.
The short version
Email mason@getfluidai.com — or just reply to any message from us with "remove me," "unsubscribe," "stop," or anything else that makes your meaning clear. Every message we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
All three routes go to the same place and have the same effect.
What happens next
- We stop immediately. Not within ten business days, which is what the law allows — immediately, on receipt.
- Your address goes on a permanent suppression list that every future send is checked against, before it is sent.
- It covers all of our domains, not just the one that contacted you. Suppression is held centrally, so opting out once opts you out everywhere.
- You will not get a "sorry to see you go" message. That is still an email you did not ask for.
Why we keep a record after you opt out
Honouring an opt-out means remembering it. We keep the minimum needed — usually just the email address or the domain — precisely so that you are never contacted again, including if your details turn up later in a business-data source we license. If you would prefer we erase even that record, tell us and we will, though it does mean we could contact you again by accident in future.
If we get it wrong
If you have asked us to stop and heard from us anyway, that is a mistake on our part and we want to know. Email mason@getfluidai.com or call (423) 463-0764 and it will be dealt with, not routed into a queue.
